AFRICAN UNIVERSITIES CALLED UPON TO SUPPORT YOUNG PEOPLE TO PURSUE PhD’s.

The Director, Directorate of Research and Graduate Training of Makerere University Prof.Buyinza Mukadasi has appealed to African Universities to support young people to pursue PhD’s at an early age preferably at the age of 25. He made the remarks at the opening of the Doctoral Symposium at the MUBS Main Campus,Nakawa on September 10, 2019.

Prof. Buyinza noted that the current trend of PhD graduates in Africa are 45 years and above who are about to retire and already established in their careers.
