Several complaints regarding the delay in the release of transcripts at Makerere University have been received. You should appreciate that after graduation, transcript issues are handled by Makerere University. Nevertheless MUBS has taken interest in this case and contacted Makerere University. The University has acknowledged the delay and an effort is being made to ensure that all transcripts for students who graduated are released. They advised that should you have any difficulties, you should report to Transcripts Office, room 510, Senate Building, Makerere University.
